B.C.Children Hospital Charity Shield 7-A-SIDE soccer Tournament Hosted by ULTRA SOCCER LEAGUE

on April 5th,6th and 7th. All proceed to B.C. Children Hospital .

 

There will be four divisions - Open Division, Over 30's, Over 40's and over 50's.

Maximum players per team is 12 players, duration of the games will be 25 min half's.

 

Cost of entry $460.00 per team .

 

Each team will be given one table for up to 12 person max for the Charity Dinner Banquet on Sunday April 7th.

Please note starting this summer we are going with a Player ID CARD System. Please have the players forms we've sent to you, filled up and with two passport size pictures of each player attached to the forms, bring them with you to the meeting on March 1st 7.00pm at Trout Lake Community Center.

It is this time of the year that our Spring/Summer season is just around the corner and we need to let the Parks Board know how many fields we need to book for our Spring/Summer season.

We do hope that you all are having a great winter and those of you that are playing in other winter leagues will return to ULTRA Soccer League for our upcoming Spring/Summer Season.

Deadline for our Spring/Summer season will be March 1st 2013

To All Team Managers,

Please ensure, that all players have proper uniforms, all players must wear the same color uniforms not some white and some black and some green.

All jerseys must be the same colors and with a proper number not a number made with a tape, if a player do not have a proper uniform on, then the referee have the right not to let him on the field.

So please ensure your team has the proper uniform it is the team manager responsibility to make sure that all his players are properly dress for the game.

Also all teams must bring a net and two corner flags to the field, if you don't have the flags, then use two high stand up cones.

How to add existing players to Season Summer 2012. Assuming that you are already set for administrator of your team, first login and click on the name of your team. Navigate to Your Team -> Team Players, find the name of the player from the drop down list and add it, after all players are added do not forget to click "Save" button. If your players are not on the drop down list, look at the next video.

How to invite none registered players. You have option to send email to your players with link to register and join the team. Put all email addresses and once completed "Save" it and emails with registration links will be sent automatically to all of them. After the invited player click on the link and fill up all the info requested, the player will be added to the team roster. Make you sure the correct season is selected from the drop down list.
