Ultra Soccer League – Discipline Policy for Team Officials Effective Immediately – May 29, 2025
To ensure consistency, transparency, and fairness in handling disciplinary matters, the Ultra Soccer League has implemented the following policy for reporting and managing alleged misconduct:
Reporting Misconduct
Effective immediately, the league will no longer accept emails or other forms of direct communication to report alleged misconduct. All feedback or complaints must now be submitted exclusively through the Match Report (Match Rep) function available on each team's schedule page after each match is completed.
- The Match Rep (Match Report) link is located next to each scheduled match beside the "Cards" column on your team’s schedule page.
- This feature is available to all team officials and can be completed following each match.
- Team officials may:
- Provide relevant feedback related to the match.
- Submit misconduct complaints in the comment section, strictly pertaining to the specific match being reported.
Important Guidelines - Roster Sheets: Only pre-printed roster sheets will be accepted regardless of any differing information from the game referee. Teams will be deducted 1 point in the standings and fined $100 for each handwritten name on the roster sheet (no exceptions).
- False or Frivolous Complaints: Submitting false or baseless complaints may result in disciplinary action against the individual, including possible suspension or other sanctions.
- Receipt of Match Report: The Disciplinary Committee reviews all match reports, however no further updates or correspondence will be provided to the individual who submitted the report. Relevant feedback submitted by team officials will be shared with the league for review and possible implementation.
- Disciplinary Outcomes: Results of any disciplinary actions will be reflected in the league standings or published on the official discipline list, as applicable.
- No Direct Inquiries: Please do not contact the League Manager or Discipline Committee for updates regarding a submitted complaint. Any attempts to seek updates directly may result in sanctions for violating this policy. Please note that the League Manager is not permitted to take part in any part of the discipline process to avoid potential conflicts of interest.
Expulsion From The Ultra Soccer League
- Please be advised that there will no refunds for teams expelled from the Ultra Soccer League.
